Hi, I’m Josie! I know it can be overwhelming to try to manage the back end of your business while focusing on your customers’ needs. It can lead to frustration and the loss of precious time that could have been spent doing what you love. I handle the tedious tech behind the scenes to improve your online presence and customer experience, so it’s easier for you to grow your business. Let me be your second brain.

Work she jumps out of bed for: Aside from building websites, I love picking apart a big project or goal into a more manageable, less intimidating set of tasks. I love it, even more, when I have an opportunity to streamline one or more of my client's business processes.
Loves to work with: My favorite kind of client has a growth mindset, is open to doing things differently (not sticking to the old way just because it’s the way it’s always been done), and has a sense of humor (silly jokes, anyone?). My ideal client has their target market and branding language, logo, and colors worked out so we can hit the ground running.
Not-so-favorite clients: People who are not willing to learn or try new ways of doing things for their business, do not communicate well or often, and/or have a negative attitude.

I am an all-around language nerd! I enjoy noticing and learning more about different dialects, grammar structures, pronunciations, and word origins.
I speak Portuguese fluently after living abroad in Brazil. I even have a bachelor’s degree in the language!
